Green Pass required from August 6th to access the Museum
In compliance with current government regulations, from August 6th 2021 it will be mandatory that visitors show their Green Pass (also "EU Digital COVID Certificate") or equivalent certification, accompanied by a valid identity document, to access the Museo Dell’Arpa Victor Salvi.
This provision do not apply to children under the age of 12 and to individuals with specific medical certification.
ATTENTION: without the documents cited above it will not be possible to access the Museum.

General Provision
The ticket office closes half an hour before the Museum closes.
Please do not touch the antique instruments for safety and preservation reasons.
Please note that you must respect the general indications provided by the Museum staff to enable visits in an orderly manner and proper public use. Please follow Museum staff instructions and in the case of need or specific requests, please refer only to Museum staff.
It is forbidden to smoke in every part of the Museum building.
Please remove the ringtones on mobile phones to avoid disturbing the visit.
Staff is authorised to ask you to show your admission ticket during your visit; therefore please keep it safe until the visit is concluded.
Groups
Guided visits can be carried out by Museum staff.
Groups and schools must book visits by telephone on +39 0175 270510 or by fax on +39 0175 270512 or by e-mail to the following address: info@museodellarpavictorsalvi.it
A group is defined as at least 25 people.
It is forbidden to carry out any kind of unauthorised payment inside the Museum.
Each group must give a name of a group leader. For schools, the teacher or teachers are considered responsible for the group. They must keep the group together and ensure good behaviour.
Photographs
It is forbidden to photograph any of the antique instruments in the exhibition and in the Museum rooms.
Please write in advance to the Museum Management for authorisation to take photographs or make videos.
Museo dell’Arpa Victor Salvi owns all rights to the reproduction of images and videos regarding the Museum and its collection. Any type of reproduction, even partial, is strictly forbidden without prior written permission from the Museum.
